Sorry to reply you late because I am in business trip.
The procedures are simple if we help you everything. You just let us know when you want to drop your car into our warehouse in New Jersey, and send your title to us. We will make an appointment and book a container for you. When your car arrives to Keelung, you will pay us shipping fee(about US$2400 from New York to Keelung including US dock tax, packing, forwarding fee, ..etc.), and pay import tax to custom department.
We will inspect your car and then send your car to testing center to do all testings. We will apply certificates after all testing, then go to Taiwan DMV to apply new license plate.
We provide very competitive shipping cost and professional tuning to pass all ARTC testings.
We will get reports for your car to help you save about NTD$80k testing charges.
